What a week for baseball fans here in Hawaii... first off, the Honolulu Advertiser reports that an Indiana-based promoter wants to bring Major League Baseball to Honolulu in 2007.

According to the story, we could get to see Ichiro Suzuki and the rest of the Seattle Mariners taking on the Cleveland Indians in March.

In other news, the Honolulu Star-Bulletin reports that the Hawaii Winter Baseball League is coming back this fall.

And it's the last regular season homestand for the UH-Manoa baseball team... and all three games are important. They play at 6:30 p.m. tomorrow and Saturday, then at 1 p.m. on Sunday.
